Here's a couple of highlights from some on set photography I did of a performance by a new artist, Lenka. She's a very stylish performer, and she was super sweet to boot! And in 'its a small world and getting smaller' news, when I posted these photos on Facebook, the keyboardist/trumpeter/dude-with-amazing-hair Danny T. Levin found the shots and tagged himself and his gang, and it turns out he plays in another band, The Ventriloquists, with Jolly, a guy I went to school with. Summer Darling

Last week I had a couple hours with the LA-based band Summer Darling at their pad in Echo Park. These guys are great, and their new album kicks. I'm really looking forward to checking them out live. They were all great sports, providing the cold silver bullets from a vintage beach cooler and fearlessly withstanding the rains from the heavens. Anything for a great shot!

I just returned from the East Coast shooting press coverage for the Hydrogen Road Tour '08. It was a lot of fun, but some long hectic days. We stopped in CT, NJ, NY, PA, DE, MD and DC in three days! Photos are sure to come..

Bullys Magazine

I did a photo shoot last week for a pit bull enthusiast magazine called Bullys. Their Art Director Armando did a great job pulling together a cool shoot. I'll hold off on posting images until the magazine has run, but I did catch this moment behind-the-scenes:

LA Train Tracks

I've been doing the on set photography for a fun TV show the last couple weeks, unfortunately I'm not allowed to talk about it or post any photos until it airs. But I did snap this photo on my way home the other night.

 

Shailene Woodley

I shot Shailene Woodley, star of the new show "The Secret Life of an American Teenager" - She was great to work with, very professional. I hear the show got picked up for a second season - Congratulations Shai!
